This is the piece of the algorithm that sets the region for further integration with the AAM model, or likewise, the ROI where the AAM fitting is going to make the local search as the AAM is a local tracking algorithm. It is a little slow as this test was made with pure OpenCV and the ffmpeg wasn’t handling the XVID codec very well. Also, some tuning in the filters is still necessary.
